Terms & Conditions
1.1 These Terms apply to all services provided by Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa (“we”, “us”, “the Resort”) to guests (“you”, “Guest”).
1.2 Subletting rooms or using them for non-accommodation purposes is prohibited.
1.3 These Terms prevail over any conflicting terms from guests or agents. Any changes must be requested at least 60 days prior to arrival.
1.4 Acceptance of these Terms occurs upon check‑in or registration.
2.1 We process guest data in compliance with GDPR and Greek law. Data may be shared only with partners as needed for operations or promotions.
2.2 CCTV operates in common areas for safety. Footage is stored for up to 3 months.
4.1 Guests use pools, gym, spa, and recreational facilities at their own risk. Gym towels are mandatory.
4.2 Pool areas are not supervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5.1 Guests must behave respectfully. Illegal acts or harassment will result in eviction.
5.2 Quiet hours apply in rooms and public areas to ensure guest comfort.
6.1 Complimentary parking is available. The Resort assumes no responsibility for damage or theft.
6.2 Free Wi‑Fi is available, but speed and connectivity are not guaranteed.
7.1 A security deposit may be requested. The Resort is not liable for loss of items from in-room safes (up to €2,000).
7.2 Guests are liable for any damage caused. Charges may be applied to the guest’s account.

10.1 Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking type and are clearly outlined in the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking.
10.2 By completing your reservation, you agree to the cancellation terms specified in your booking confirmation.
10.3 In case of discrepancies or need for clarification, please refer directly to your confirmation email or contact our reservations team.
11.1 A valid ID and payment method are required at check‑in.
11.2 Special requests (room location, dietary needs, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
13.1 The Resort is liable only for damage proven to be caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13.2 We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by force majeure events, including strikes, weather, travel disruptions, or third-party actions.
